Whether you are working with me individually, participating in an Equine Wellbeing Session, or joining the Equimotional Coaches Course, these policies help clarify what you can expect from me and what I ask of the people who participate in my services and programmes.
Please take a few moments to review the policies relevant to the service you are considering.

Where a person's needs fall outside the scope of my training or services, I may recommend seeking support from an appropriately qualified professional or service.
Equine Wellbeing Sessions are non-riding sessions that incorporate interaction and connection with horses as part of a wellbeing-focused experience.
The wellbeing and safety of both people and horses are central to these sessions.
Participants will receive appropriate safety guidance before and during sessions and are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions.
Activities may be modified, paused or stopped when necessary to support the wellbeing or safety of the participant or horse.
Horses are active participants in these sessions and their physical and emotional wellbeing will always be respected. They will not be required to participate in activities that cause unnecessary distress, discomfort or harm.
[View Equine Safety & Horse Welfare Guidelines →]
Participation in activities with the horses is always approached with respect for individual comfort and boundaries.
Clients are encouraged to communicate if they feel uncomfortable, uncertain or wish to stop an activity.
Root Cause Therapy sessions provide a supportive space for exploring patterns, emotions, beliefs and experiences that may be contributing to current difficulties.
Sessions are conducted with an emphasis on consent, personal autonomy and emotional safety.
You remain in control of what you choose to explore and what you choose not to discuss.
You are not required to disclose personal experiences or information in order to participate.
Root Cause Therapy is a complementary wellbeing service and is not a replacement for emergency care, medical treatment or mental health services provided by regulated healthcare professionals.
If I believe that your needs would be better supported by another professional or service, I may recommend that you seek additional or alternative support.
Information shared during sessions is treated respectfully and confidentially, subject to the limitations outlined in the Rhodes to Wellness Coaching Privacy Policy and Safeguarding Policy.
