These beliefs often get planted during intense experiences-and even years later, they can quietly shape your self-worth, relationships, and choices.

We sit with what comes up, maybe a tightness in the chest, a lump in your throat or a heaviness in your heart. Instead of pushing past we pause. We stay with it gently. Investment: I believe that my services should be accessible to all so I do offer various options including accessible rates. Up to 8 sessions are recommended and each session is up to 2 hours in length. You can pay per session or bundle your sessions into a package and save. Sessions are offered online.
